"Light Baked Alaska" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 qt. frozen no-fat yogurt (your choice of flavor)
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal or nuts (I use cereal to reduce fats)
Preparation
    Soften yogurt until it's just soft enough to be pliable. Press yogurt into a bowl with rubber or plastic spatula.
    Smooth so it will rest evenly on angel food cake.
