Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Fold in apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
