Strawberry Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
    2 c. strawberries, sliced and sweetened
    1 pt. coffee ice cream
    1 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
    2 c. sliced, fresh strawberries (about 3 c. whole berries)
    4 to 6 tsp. sugar or to taste
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir ice cream
    with a spoon to soften. Stir in sour cream or yogurt and 2 tablespoons of the liqueur. Cover and return to freezer for 4 to 5 hours or until firm.
