Mexican Chocolate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1-inch stick cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. ground coffee
2 oz. sweet chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
marshmallows
Preparation

Combine milk, cinnamon, salt and coffee in a saucepan and heat to almost boiling.
Strain.
Dissolve chocolate in boiling water and add to milk mixture.
Heat to boiling point.
Add vanilla and pour over marshmallow in each cup.
Serves 6.
