Low Cholesterol Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/8 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the rest of it and add to the carrot mixture. Stir just to combine.
    Divide between 2 oiled loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
