Open Face Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice rye or pumpernickel bread
    Thousand Island dressing
    2 or 3 Tbsp. sauerkraut
    2 or 3 deli sliced corned beef
    6 or 7 slices cooked mushrooms
    1 slice Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Toast bread.
    Spread with dressing.
    Place corned beef, sauerkraut, mushroom slices and cheese on bread, in that order. Put in toaster oven or broiler until cheese is melted.
