Apricot Cream Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (6 oz.) size Gerber junior apricot baby food
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add pineapple with juice. Heat to simmering.
Remove from fire.
Add sugar.
Stir to dissolve.
Beat cream cheese
and baby food together.
Add to jello and dissolve completely.
Cool and refrigerate until it mounds.
Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate until firm.
