Strawberry Fig Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. figs, mashed
    3 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; boil 5 minutes.
    Seal with wax.
    These preserves taste just like strawberries!
