Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 c. celery, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. salt
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. mixed pickling spice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine vegetables and salt in a glass or enamel container and let stand overnight.
