Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) cream cheese or substitute
    1 (4.5 oz.) drained, crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 medium onion, diced very fine
    1/2 medium green pepper, diced very fine (bell pepper)
    crushed pecans
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, celery seed, parsley, garlic salt, onion and green pepper.
    Form into ball or log and roll in crushed pecans or more green parsley.
    Refrigerate until firm and serve with assorted crackers.
