Skillet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease skillet and heat in oven while mixing all ingredients together.
Pour into skillet as you would cornbread and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Top with strawberries for shortcake or hot fudge for hot fudge cake.
