Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    4 heaping Tbsp. Cheez Whiz
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper
    canned milk
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Dry on paper towel and rub skins with Crisco. Bake potatoes until done.
    Remove from oven and cut into lengthwise.
    Scoop out potato.
    Save potato skins.
    Mash potato with the onion, Cheez Whiz, oleo, salt and pepper.
    Add enough milk to make potatoes fluffy.
    Scoop potato mixture back into potato skins.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve with sour cream, if desired.
    Serves 4.
