Wok The Chicken! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, diced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
green pepper, diced
1 c. bouillon chicken broth
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce (Chinese section of store)
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch.
Turn wok to high heat.
Add oil.
Add chicken.
Toss about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add green pepper and mushrooms, toss about 2 minutes more.
Add sugar and oyster sauce. Mix.
Add broth at end.
Serve with or over rice.

8 minutes.
