Meatball And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
flour
vegetable oil
8 medium potatoes
Preparation

Quarter potatoes; add 1/2 teaspoon salt and set aside. Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion and seasoning.
Mix well; shape into egg-shaped balls.
Roll into flour.
Fry until brown in oil.
Add 2 cups of water.
Place potatoes in pan with meat. Cover and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
