Shelia'S Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 tomatoes, quartered
3 green peppers, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice
2 onions, chopped
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Simmer until thick.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Seal immediately.
