Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked (do not pack down)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 small minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, mix together ingredients; mix well.
    Turn into a 5 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until done in center.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut in wedges and serve.
