Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. homogenized milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter pie pan with cold butter.
    Mix egg, flour, sugar, milk and melted butter.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
