Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 large bell pepper (chopped)
    1 large onion (chopped)
    3 pods chopped jalapenos
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped hot sausage (cooked)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and sausage.
    Pour half of mixture into hot, greased 10-inch skillet, then layer meat and cheese. Top off with remaining mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 1 hour.
