Chicken Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 bag baby carrots
1 bag cauliflower and broccoli
2 to 5 potatoes
1 can peas
2 cans broccoli with cheese
1 can milk
Preparation

In skillet, boil chicken with onion for about 1 hour.
Put in casserole dish.
Place chicken on bottom.
Cook cauliflower and broccoli as directed on bag.
Drain.
Place cauliflower and broccoli on top of chicken.
Dice potatoes and place in casserole dish.
Place baby carrots, also peas (drain peas from juice).
Add 2 cans of broccoli with cheese.
Add 1 can of milk.
Salt and pepper for taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 1/2 hours.
