Mexican Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. beef or skinned chicken, sliced thin
1 c. sliced peppers
1 stalk celery, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 tsp. cornstarch
vegetable oil
8 floured tortillas, warmed
warmed salsa
shredded Velveeta Mexican style cheese
Preparation

Combine seasoned salt, cumin, garlic, chili powder, red pepper, oil and lemon juice into marinade.
Add sliced beef or chicken. Marinate 2 hours.
Stir-fry green pepper, celery and onion in small amount of oil in wok until crisp-done.
Add chicken and stir until done.
Sprinkle over with cornstarch.
Stir until thick.
Place on heated tortilla, cover with cheese and roll.
Put salsa over warm roll and serve warm.
