Brussels Sprouts Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. Brussels sprouts
    4 green onions
    2 medium carrots
    1 small sweet red pepper
    1 small green pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut onions diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
    Carrots should be scraped and cut into 1/8-inch slices; seed the peppers and cut into julienne strips.
    Coat a wok or nonstick skillet with oil.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Cut partially cooked Brussels sprouts in pan with onions, carrots, peppers and garlic.
    Stir-fry 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Add soy sauce and ginger; toss gently. Serve immediately.
    Good over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
