Million Dollar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked coconut, divided
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and halved
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped dessert topping
    2 prepared 9-inch pie crusts (either graham or cookie)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Place 1/2 cup of the coconut in a small pan and toast at 350\u00b0 until light brown (about 4 minutes); set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine canned milk and lemon juice.
    Mix.
    Mix in pineapple, oranges and pecans.
    Fold in whipped topping and remaining coconut.
    Spoon into 2 pie shells and sprinkle with reserved coconut.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
