Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
6 bacon strips
2 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
9-inch pie shell
Preparation
-
Fry bacon and crumble.
Sprinkle small amount on bottom of crust.
Mix remaining bacon with other ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with parsley or chives.
Add rest of bacon crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
