Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    4 green onions, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook fresh or frozen carrots covered. Cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Remove from pan.
    Mix all together onions, juice, honey, butter, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Cook until tender.
