1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mochiko
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. potato starch
Pam spray

Instead of microwavable Bundt pan, may use 9-inch round Pyrex pan with Pyrex cup upside down in center.
