Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese (medium sharp)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook vegetables, celery and onion for 5 minutes (until partially tender) in salt water; drain.
    Combine cooked vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Place in casserole dish. Combine crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
