Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes.
    Cook with chopped onion.
    Grate and steam carrots.
    Mix potatoes, onion and carrots with rest of ingredients; then bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until brown.
