Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 jar dried beef, chopped
1 small jar mushrooms, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small can black olives, chopped
1 tsp. Accent

Preparation

Mix and form into a ball.
