Rockport Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. rice
2 c. tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Brown all together the ground chuck, green pepper, onion and chili powder; drain off fat.
Add rice, tomatoes, celery and sugar.
Combine together and place in casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
