Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. yellow squash, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    cheese flavored cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute squash with onion in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
    Combine squash, onion, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into greased casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs; pour remaining 2 tablespoons margarine over top.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
