Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
4 onions, peeled and chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. thyme or 1/2 tsp. oregano
4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut in chunks
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onions and the seasoning. Shape in about 1-inch meatballs.
Brown in oil.
Remove as they brown.
