Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes, grated
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. whole milk
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as listed.\tPour into greased pan.\tBake slowly at 400\u00b0 or lower for 1 hour.
    Check potatoes if done.
