Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. pizza crust
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Ragu rich and meaty Italian sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. On greased baking sheet, unroll pizza dough and cut in half lengthwise. Spread 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese over each half, leaving 1/4-inch edge. Top each half with 1/2 cup Ragu sauce. Fold dough over and seal by pressing edges with a fork. Bake 15 minutes or until brown.
