Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 tsp. corn meal
3 tsp. flour
4 eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 lemons (juice of 2 and rind of 1, grated fine)
1 unbaked pie crust (Pillsbury crusts are found in dairy case)
Preparation

Mix ingredients as listed and beat by hand until lemon in color and fluffy.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
(It should have the texture of baked custard.)
