Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    3 c. water
    1 c. coconut
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and boil until thick (however thick you want it).
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Beat egg whites until meringue.
    Put on top of pies.
    Sprinkle coconut over top and bake in oven until brown.
