Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. onions, chopped fine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
10 oz. jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chili sauce and grape jelly together and form small balls.
Brown in frypan.
Remove and pour out all fat.
Put chili sauce and jelly in frypan; heat over low flame until thoroughly dissolved.
Put meat balls back in pan. Add a little water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir gently so they don't stick.
You can also let them simmer in a crock-pot on low.
