Far West Lamb Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lamb steaks, cut 1-inch thick
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine or wine vinegar
1 minced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt
pepper
Preparation

Place steaks in mixture of all other ingredients; let stand for at least 1 hour, turning them occasionally.
Broil for 8 minutes on each side.
