Salmon Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. shredded onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.
Mix together all ingredients.
Chill until firm.
Shape into log and chill until serving.
