Raisin Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. cloves
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Boil raisins in water until liquid is reduced to 1 cup.
    Add butter.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Blend in egg and liquid mixture.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Frost while warm with a mixture of cream cheese and powdered sugar.
