Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. chopped stew meat or 1 lb. hamburger
Preparation
    Cook noodles per instructions on package.
    While noodles cook, cook stew meat until lightly browned.
    Add cheese (as much as you like; I use 3/4 package) and cream of mushroom soup.
    (I spice up my meat a little with salt, pepper and garlic; use your own preference.)
    Simmer meat and cheese 3 to 5 minutes.
    When noodles have cooked, stir meat into noodles.
    You have a simple but delicious main dish.
