Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cubes chicken bouillon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. water
Preparation

Place water in pan.
Add bouillon and onion.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add vegetables, potatoes and chicken soup.
Cook 20 minutes and add Velveeta until melted. Serve.
