Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    4 c. potatoes, cooked and sliced
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    onion flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk.
    In buttered 2-quart casserole, arrange ingredients in layers.
    Pour soup and milk mixture over ingredients.
    Finish with shredded cheese on top.
    Bake in moderate oven until bubbly and done.
    Can be refrigerated overnight until ready for baking.
