Sour Cream Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine the sugar and sour cream; cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add salt and butter; beat until mixture begins to grain.
Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour into buttered pan.
