Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up or breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    1 to 1 1/2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Spread rice in an 8 x 12-inch utility dish.
    Layer fryer over rice.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
    Top with whichever soup you choose and water.
    Cover with plastic wrap. Place in center of oven.
    Cook for 10 minutes on High and then 25 minutes on 75% power (or until chicken is done).
