Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
    2/3 c. margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. nuts, chopped
    3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/3 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Spread crushed wafers
    on
    bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cream margarine and
    sugar.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Spread over wafers. Sprinkle nuts over egg mixture.
    Spoon pineapple over nuts.
    Whip cream
    until
    stiff.
    Pour
    over fruit in a smooth layer.
    Cover with remaining crushed wafers.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Serves 15.
