Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped chicken
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 medium tomatoes or leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, green onions, lemon juice and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Stir in eggs, mayo, pickle relish and mustard. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Scoop out center of tomatoes, leaving 1/4 to 1/2-inch head space.
    Serve salad in tomato or on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4.
