Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini, cubed (not peeled)
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Boil zucchini until tender; drain and place in casserole dish with lid.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Stir.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
