Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. applesauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixing bowl.
Blend in next 4 ingredients.
Beat egg yolks and add with margarine.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot greased griddle.
Makes about 10 pancakes.
