Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and cored
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil (only Wesson)
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix the apples, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Beat eggs. Gradually add the 2 cups sugar and oil.
Beat well together.
Sift baking powder, flour and salt together. Add egg mixture to flour, alternating with orange juice. Add vanilla. Grease and flour a tube pan.
Pour half of the batter into pan. Add half of the apples. Add rest of the batter and top with the rest of the apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
