Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or cooked roast beef
    2 or 3 raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 or 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can green beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown hamburger until red is gone.
    Drain and set aside.
    Add a small amount of oil, potatoes and carrots to skillet and cook until lightly brown, but still firm, stirring often. Add onion, browned hamburger, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and saute on low heat until potatoes and carrots are tender and onion is limp. Add corn and beans.
    Cook over low heat until all is hot and flavors blend, about 5 minutes. Serve with hot bread, rolls or cornbread.
